He was extremely knowledgeable about the different vehicles offered at this location and was patient in finding the perfect fit. I had a marvelous customer experience and was treated respectfully throughout. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family and I hope to return for my next car in a couple years!

Rosa Carpenter3 months agoHubby and I already knew the car we wanted but were unsure on model. Oscar was the first one to greet us and was very helpful through out the entire buying experience. He was knowledgeable but not pushy which we appreciate. We decided on a Passat with all the bells and whistles and we are loving our car! If you're on the hunt for a car, check them out and ask for Oscar.

Honestly, I could have gotten a car anywhere, but it was the fact that I had such a thoughtful salesman who made me feel comfortable and not pressured into purchasing a car made me enjoy the experience that much more! JO5 years agoI recently purchased a used vehicle from South Motors Volkswagen and had a wonderful experience with Paul Leonard, the internet sales manager. I located the vehicle on cars.com, inquired and was connected to Paul. The entire process was a no-pressure buying experience. Paul is extremely professional and great with follow-up. I was happy with the deal I got, and didn't feel taken advantage of by any means.

Mick DrKillerBee8 years agoI contacted South Motors about a Jetta wagon and Paul Leonard helped me with possibly buying one that they had on Cars.com. Paul was very responsive, informative, and helpful. I ended up not buying their car but only because of interior color (my wife's choice) but almost did because of the confidence that Paul inspired and the apparent condition of the car. Plenty of good pictures, a low mileage wagon in great shape, and a very fair price are what drew me to South Motors but Paul and the car would have made the deal for me if not for the interior color. gators041 year agoI have tried twice in the past to purchase a car here and they had not come close to matching what another dealership was offering nor did they care to even try. I went to bring my car in for service the other weekend though and actually decided on a new car! Julio and the entire stAff were so wonderful to work with! What a positive,upbeat experience it was this time! Change is definitely good when it comes to South VW because it is like a completely different place!

Julio went the extra mile to make sure we got the best deal. I highly recommend visiting him. The entire staff including Jesus Palacios, and Hadi Algahawi, were so helpful. I highly recommend south motors VW they don’t treat you like a dollar sign they treat you like family. Very happy with our experience at South VW.

Ebonyj011 year agoCame to this dealership 4months ago to lease a 2019 taquan, Julio was a great help to my family and I made sure we where comfortable, and was very kind when I couldn't find documents I needed In the car i was trading in, it took a while for us to get the approval or apprasal from the bank for a yes or no on us getting the vehicle, julio was so nice enough to walk across the street and get us pizza, that was my best experience with my first time leasing a car at a major dealership. Also the Manager Chris was very helpful and honest with payments and even made me feel comfortable by asking was the price that to much to lease they treating us like family there and they took there time

Nena1 year agoI have been a customer at VW South Motors for the last 9 years (leasing cars) and now going on a new 4 years lease.. And cannot complain much; however, on this term lease I have say that I was Very Satisfied with the service and help provided by the salesperson - Julio Rodríguez.!! For the Firs time I felt Honesty and Helpful from a Dealership Salesperson (nornally they will just lie to get their commission) Julio Rodríguez showed that he only cared for the Customer to be happy with the car and to satisfied with the monthly payments.. i would referred Julio Rodríguez 100% .. if anyone is looking for Honesty !!
